Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Summary
- Provide evidence-based speech and language services to K-12 students.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students with a range of communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy programs aligned with students’ Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives.
- Deliver direct intervention to enhance students' communication and language skills, including articulation, fluency, voice, and receptive/expressive language abilities.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school administrators, and families to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress, adhering to district and state procedures.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions regarding student goals and outcomes.
- Stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in speech-language pathology to ensure optimal service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid New Hampshire state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Active Department of Education (DOE) certification, as required for school-based practice.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities to effectively interact with students, staff, and families.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary educational team.
