Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Summary- Assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
- Work across diverse settings, including schools, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare facilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to optimize client outcomes
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing assessments using standardized tools
- Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapy for various communication and swallowing challenges
- Monitor client progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as necessary
- Educate clients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain
- Strong knowledge of assessment and intervention techniques for communication and swallowing disorders
