Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Summary
- Contract assignment position for a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Missouri
- Full-time, 5x8 days shift schedule, approximately 13-week duration

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address each patient’s unique needs
- Provide direct therapy services to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans, progress, and strategies for ongoing improvement
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare standards
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education as required

Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Missouri
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to new environments and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
