We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based therapy team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will play a vital role in supporting students across elementary schools, working collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary school teams. This position is open to those licensed or license-eligible in speech therapy, and both SLP-CCC holders and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply, as supervision may be available.
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) will be responsible for conducting thorough screenings and assessments to identify language and speech disorders, including speech sound disorders and autism spectrum disorders. Your expertise will help design and implement personalized interventions and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to improve students’ communication skills and academic success. Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Screen students for communicative disorders utilizing appropriate diagnostic tools
- Conduct detailed assessments and triennial evaluations of speech/language deficits
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students
- Assess preschool children and make referrals as necessary for communicative disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Stay current with best practices and new developments in speech-language pathology
- Perform additional Speech Therapist duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist license or Clinical Fellowship (CF) in the state
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred
- Background in language disorders, speech sound disorders, and autism spectrum disorders
- Experience working with school-aged children and familiarity with school systems
- Knowledge of IEPs, web-based IEP programs, and collaborative team-based approaches
- Strong understanding of principles, practices, and methods in speech-language therapy
