Speech-Language Pathologist CF (SLP-CF) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

- Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to integrate communication objectives within academic instruction.
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress, adjusting therapy approaches as needed for optimal outcomes.
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to team discussions, and support compliance with school district and state regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with families, educators, and administrators.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license and current PDE certification for school-based practice.
- School-based experience is preferred but not required; mentorship and supervision are available for new graduates.
