Special Education Teacher (SPED) - Summary
- Deliver individualized instruction to students with disabilities, ensuring progress toward IEP goals.
- Work in both inclusion and resource classroom environments to support diverse learners.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Monitor and document student progress, providing ongoing feedback and assessments.
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on goal setting and progress evaluation.
- Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders regarding student progress and needs.
- Work closely with other teachers, specialists, and support staff to coordinate services and interventions.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding special education.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education from an accredited institution.
- Valid Texas Special Education (SPED) certification.
