Duties & Responsibilities
- Create, implement, and manage IEPs in compliance with state and district standards
- Deliver differentiated instruction in both inclusive classrooms and small group settings
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and administrators to support student access to curriculum
- Engage in regular communication with families and caregivers to ensure alignment of goals and strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Establish a positive classroom environment that supports behavioral, academic, and social development
- Utilize a variety of instructional materials, technologies, and assessment tools to enhance learning outcomes
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with district and state requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
- Active or eligible New Hampshire teaching certification in Special Education
- Experience with IEP case management is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of instructional strategies for diverse learners
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
