Special Education Teacher (SPED) - Summary- Full-time opportunity in Derry, NH
- Support students with special needs in both inclusive and pull-out settings
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to deliver individualized instruction
- Develop and monitor progress on IEPs

- Design, implement, and evaluate Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's academic and behavioral goals
- Collaborate consistently with general education teachers, administrators, and support staff to provide cohesive instruction and support
- Utilize differentiated teaching strategies and behavioral interventions to address diverse learning needs
- Provide direct instruction and interventions in both inclusive classroom settings and specialized pull-out environments
- Monitor, assess, and document student progress toward IEP goals, maintaining accurate and thorough records
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress, goals, and strategies for continued support
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training relevant to special education best practices
