Special Education Teacher (SPED) - Summary- Full-time, school-year teaching opportunity supporting students with diverse learning needs.
- Deliver instruction and interventions in both inclusive and resource classroom settings.
- Work collaboratively with educational staff and families to ensure student achievement.
- Utilize evidence-based teaching strategies and maintain compliance with state and federal education standards.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on comprehensive student assessments.

- Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to support student progress and inclusive practices.
- Monitor, document, and report on students' progress toward achieving IEP goals, making instructional adjustments as necessary.

- Participate in IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to special education.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a closely related field.
- Current state certification in Special Education or eligibility to obtain certification.
