Special Education Teacher - Summary- Full-time, school-based Special Education Teacher position

- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs and goals
- Deliver differentiated instruction and targeted interventions in both individual and group settings
- Work collaboratively with general education staff, related service providers, and families to support holistic student development
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress, interventions, and IEP compliance
- Support classroom management, behavior intervention plans, and the implementation of learning accommodations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities as required

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
- Current New Hampshire (NH) teaching certification in Special Education or the ability to obtain certification
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective IEPs and interventions
- Previous school-based special education experience preferred, but not required
- Demonstrates dedication to inclusive education and student advocacy
