SOW Analyst - Summary
- Manage the complete lifecycle of Statements of Work (SOWs) from intake to final approval and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify customer requirements and define project scopes.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, legally compliant, and customer-ready.
- Track and prioritize multiple SOW requests simultaneously using approved tools and systems.
- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality professional services solutions by maintaining rigorous standards for SOW documentation and process compliance.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee the SOW process, from initial request intake through to final delivery and approval, ensuring all steps are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Work closely with Sales and Solution Architects to clarify and document customer requirements and project scope.
- Manage multiple SOW requests at once, utilizing tracking tools and platforms to monitor progress and deadlines.
- Draft and edit customer-ready SOWs using approved templates, tailoring content to specific client needs while ensuring legal compliance.
- Validate cost, pricing, and margin assumptions, making adjustments in accordance with governance rules and deal strategy.
- Ensure all SOWs meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements before submission and approval.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and financial information in clear, customer-focused language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including experience with reviewing formulas, calculations, and structured pricing tables.
- Ability to validate costs, pricing, and margins, with an understanding of how changes in scope or rate impact overall deal economics.
- Familiarity with IT services, technical concepts, or professional services delivery is preferred, though formal experience is not required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively in a structured, organized manner.
