The SOW Analyst position is an essential role within professional services organizations, responsible for facilitating the end-to-end process of creating, managing, and delivering Statements of Work (SOWs). SOW Analyst - Summary- Responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Statements of Work within a professional services context
- Works closely with Sales, Solution Architects, and other key stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy
- Ensures all SOWs comply with legal and company guidelines
- Utilizes Microsoft Word and Excel to generate and tailor SOW templates
- Own the SOW process from intake through final approval and delivery
- Collaborate with Sales and Solution teams to clarify customer requirements and scope
- Manage multiple SOW requests simultaneously, tracking progress and status through designated tools
- Create customer-ready, compliant SOWs using approved templates and adjust content as needed
