The Solution Architect – CIS, SAP, Salesforce plays a pivotal role in leading the architectural design and integration for Customer Information System (CIS) modernization initiatives within large-scale utility organizations. Solution Architect – CIS, SAP, Salesforce Summary- Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise solution architecture for CIS modernization initiatives.
- Champion integration across SAP S/4 HANA Utilities, Salesforce Cloud, and other critical enterprise platforms.
- Enforce architectural standards and governance to ensure secure, resilient, and scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to align architecture with business objectives.
- Identify and apply emerging technology patterns to enhance system integration and performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive, end-to-end solution architecture for financial, payment, and collections processes.
- Ensure adherence to architectural standards, governance protocols, and best practices with a focus on minimizing customization.
- Lead design reviews, foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, and ensure implementation aligns with strategic principles.
- Monitor emerging technology trends relevant to SAP, Salesforce, and hybrid cloud environments, integrating new capabilities as appropriate.
- Support the governance and execution of large-scale, multi-year CIS modernization projects for leading utility organizations.

- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture within complex enterprise environments.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA Utilities (IS-U).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with SAP BTP and Integration Suite.
- 4+ years of experience leveraging AWS in enterprise architecture contexts.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing solutions across hybrid IT environments involving multiple enterprise systems.
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Utilities, Salesforce Cloud, and AWS environments.
- Has a track record of leading complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, preferably within the utilities sector.
- Excels in cross-functional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management.
