Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide variety of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations, including the detailed assembly of units and sub-assemblies using hand tools and soldering equipment.
- Accurately follow established methods and sequences of operations, ensuring that each step adheres to company standards and blueprint specifications.
- Conduct hand soldering of components, wires, and cable harnesses, utilizing soldering irons heated to appropriate temperatures to create reliable electrical and mechanical connections.
- Install electronic components and wiring according to detailed engineering drawings and schematics.
- Make necessary setups and adjustments to equipment and assembly processes while maintaining strict tolerances as specified in project blueprints.
- Inspect completed assemblies and sub-assemblies to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve assembly issues and optimize production workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to all safety guidelines and company protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- 0–1 years of hands-on soldering experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of soldering techniques, electronic components, and mechanical assembly processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to perform tasks that require fine motor skills and precision.
