Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough usability testing sessions on software applications, websites, and platforms, following structured test scenarios and protocols to ensure comprehensive evaluation.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and issues related to user experience, providing clear and actionable feedback to development and design teams.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to communicate findings and contribute insights that lead to product enhancements.
- Verify that software features function optimally across a range of devices, operating systems, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring broad compatibility and accessibility.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on usability testing results, including summaries of findings, recommended improvements, and progress updates, on a daily or weekly basis as required.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong ability to adhere to structured instructions and testing protocols.
- Experience with remote collaboration tools and a general familiarity with software and digital ecosystems.
- Previous background in quality assurance, software testing, user experience evaluation, or related fields is preferred and considered an asset.
- Reliable internet access and availability of equipment such as a desktop, laptop, or mobile device for testing purposes.
