Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing across mobile and web-based digital products to identify potential issues affecting user experience.
- Carefully document and report software bugs, glitches, and areas for improvement, ensuring clear communication of user experience pain points.
- Work collaboratively with software development teams to relay findings, discuss solutions, and provide actionable feedback that supports continuous product enhancement.
- Verify that all software features function correctly across a range of devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring consistent performance and accessibility for all users.
- Provide regular and thorough written reports—either daily or weekly—outlining findings, recommendations, and key metrics to guide development priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a systematic approach to following instructions and testing protocols.
- Proficiency with remote working tools and a good understanding of mobile and web app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in software quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred and will be considered an asset.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and access to a desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device capable of running required testing scenarios.
