Software Quality Assurance Engineer (QA Engineer, SQA Engineer) - Summary- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks to ensure software quality and reliability in enterprise environments.
- Utilize modern testing tools and continuous integration systems to support robust software delivery processes.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in test automation development utilizing established frameworks and tools.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience building and deploying CI/CD systems such as Jenkins and Bamboo.
- 2+ years of experience with messaging and IVR (Interactive Voice Response) testing.
- Strong working knowledge of REST and JSON APIs, including design and validation practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Detail-oriented and analytical, with a passion for software quality and innovation.
