- Collaborate with development teams to relay feedback and report identified issues, supporting ongoing platform improvement efforts.
- Verify that all software features function correctly across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring broad compatibility and optimal performance.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and trends observed during testing.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured testing instructions.
- Proficiency with remote working tools and a strong familiarity with mobile and web app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a closely related field is preferred but not strictly required.
- Consistent access to a reliable internet connection and a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for testing purposes.
