Software QA TesterWe are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our remote team as a Software QA Tester. This full-time position is essential in ensuring the quality and usability of our digital platforms. As a Software QA Tester, you will play a pivotal role in identifying issues, evaluating user experiences, and collaborating with development teams to drive the improvement of both our mobile applications and web-based products.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough usability testing on various mobile and web platforms to ensure seamless functionality and intuitive user experience.
- Identify, document, and report software bugs, glitches, and user experience concerns with clarity and precision.
- Work closely with development teams to communicate feedback and ensure that reported issues are understood and addressed in a timely manner.
- Test software features and interfaces across multiple devices, browsers, and screen sizes to ensure consistent performance and accessibility.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and potential improvements to digital product teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured testing scenarios and instructions.
- Proficiency with remote working tools, collaboration platforms, and familiarity with various app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, software testing, or a closely related role is preferred but not required.
- Reliable internet connection and access to necessary technology such as a desktop, laptop, or mobile device.
