Software QA Tester Job OverviewWe are currently looking for a Software QA Tester to join our remote quality assurance (QA) team. Responsibilities- Conduct thorough usability testing for both mobile and web-based software platforms to identify and document any issues affecting the user experience.
- Carefully record bugs, glitches, and areas where users may encounter difficulties, providing clear and actionable feedback for the development team.
- Collaborate directly with software developers and other QA team members to communicate findings, share insights, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of digital products.
- Verify that all software features function correctly across various devices, web browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring compatibility and consistent performance for all users.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on a daily or weekly basis, outlining all identified issues and offering recommendations for enhancement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow established testing procedures.
- Familiarity with remote working tools, as well as experience navigating and utilizing app ecosystems on desktop, laptop, or mobile devices.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related field is preferred, though all applicants with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
- Reliable access to the internet and to at least one testing device such as a desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device.
