Software Performance Analyst Position OverviewWe are actively seeking a Software Performance Analyst to join our quality assurance (QA) team. As a Software Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for testing and evaluating software applications, identifying performance issues, and working closely with development teams to enhance overall user experience. Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive performance testing scenarios across various software applications to assess speed, responsiveness, and resource utilization.
- Document software bugs, glitches, and user experience challenges in a clear and organized manner to facilitate issue resolution.
- Work collaboratively with development teams by providing actionable feedback and recommendations based on performance analysis.
- Analyze application metrics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas of potential improvement.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports summarizing findings, trends, and suggestions for performance enhancement.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and testing methodologies to better serve end users.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to structured testing protocols.
- Familiarity with remote work collaboration tools and performance testing software.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or related technical fields is preferred.
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device capable of supporting testing activities.
