Arrivia is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer III to join its innovative engineering team. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and delivering advanced features and subsystems for Arrivia’s travel technology platform. Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy complex features and subsystems for the travel platform using AI coding agents as core development tools.
- Own technical delivery from initial design through production deployment, ensuring high standards for quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Lead technical efforts within your assigned team, making key decisions regarding system architecture and cross-component integration.
- Review and validate AI-generated code, focusing on correctness, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Develop internal tooling and agentic workflows to automate testing, documentation, and code-review triage.
- Integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) and other AI-driven solutions to connect internal tools, data sources, and platform services.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing expertise in AI coding agents, cloud infrastructure, and modern software development best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering to deliver high-value solutions.
- Refactor, migrate, and modernize legacy services using cloud-native patterns and best practices.
- Participate in the evaluation and integration of emerging AI and data technologies such as Azure AI Foundry, RAG, LangChain, and graph-based data platforms.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with AI coding agents in a professional setting.
- Proficiency with TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or C#/.NET.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular.
- Strong background in cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and configuration of MCP servers.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Knowledge of real-time streaming platforms such as Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
- Proficiency in containerization technologies, particularly Docker.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
- Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, RAG, LangChain, or graph-based data technologies is a plus.
