Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in game development, including contributions to shipped titles.
- At least 3 years of experience building tools for cross-disciplinary teams (artists, designers, engineers) with strong collaboration skills.
- Professional proficiency in Unreal Engine (UE4 or UE5) for tool development.
- Experience creating extensions or pipelines for modern digital content creation tools such as Maya or Photoshop.
- Solid understanding of modern cross-platform UI/tooling frameworks (e.g., Qt, Electron, React) and software design patterns.
