The Software Development Manager plays a key leadership role in guiding the full lifecycle of customized JDE World application support, enhancements, and development. This includes modules such as Accounting, Sleeper, Dream Writer, World Writer, and Data Dictionary, making your expertise highly valuable in ensuring robust and scalable application performance.
As a leader, you will provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to your development team. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that best practices in software engineering and project management are being followed. Experience with user and group profile management, file journaling, subsystem maintenance, object authorities, and IFS commands will be critical to your success.
