Software Architect - Summary
The Software Architect is responsible for designing, leading, and optimizing scalable backend architectures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create reliable, high-performance software solutions in a hybrid cloud setting. Your role will involve driving the adoption of best practices in containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure, while ensuring seamless integration between backend and frontend applications. Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable, distributed backend architectures, including microservices and APIs.
- Collaborate with front-end teams to ensure seamless integration using REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Drive the adoption of containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and efficient application deployment.
- Leverage deep expertise in Go (Golang) for backend development, with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Utilize relational data modeling and performance tuning techniques for MySQL in high-traffic, large-data environments.
- Work with cloud services such as Azure and AWS to optimize infrastructure, security, and storage solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Continuously evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and roadmap planning.
- Ensure that all software solutions adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and security standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2-3 years in an architect or lead engineer role.
- Proven hands-on experience designing and building backend services in Go (Golang).
- Expertise in relational data modeling and performance tuning for MySQL in high-traffic or large-data environments.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React for building modern, component-based user interfaces.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Azure cloud services for application hosting, storage, networking, and security.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive the adoption of modern software development practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
