- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in social media, content publishing, or digital marketing.
- Demonstrated experience supporting social media programs within regulated industries, ideally financial services or insurance.
- Proven ability to manage organic social media publishing and content operations.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, or similar platforms, to manage content workflows.
- Familiarity with social media management platforms like Sprinklr or equivalent tools.
