Social Media Content Designer - Summary
- Develop and execute high-quality social media content across multiple platforms, primarily focusing on visual storytelling through photo and video.
- Create, design, and edit social-first templates and branded assets for channels such as Instagram, including Stories, Reels, and in-feed posts.
- Collaborate with creative and social teams to brainstorm, storyboard, and refine fresh content concepts aligned with brand goals.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, motion design, and animation, integrating them into campaign strategies and daily content.
- Ensure all content produced aligns with the organization's brand tone, aesthetic, and visual identity.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design visually appealing assets, templates, and graphics for various social media platforms.
- Capture and edit engaging photo and video content optimized for mobile-first social channels.
- Deliver narrative-driven video edits that align with brand messaging and audience interests.
- Work closely with other creative professionals to develop and refine content ideas and ensure high execution standards.
- Experiment with emerging digital trends and implement new techniques to keep content innovative and engaging.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in social media content design and editing.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects preferred).
- Comfortable with both shooting and editing short-form content for digital platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a keen sense of visual composition, layout, and brand consistency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
