SMT Operator - Summary
- Operate and set up SMT production equipment, including automatic and semi-automatic machines.
- Follow process sheets and instructions to ensure consistent, high-quality output.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate Fuji NXT, CP, and IP SMT machines efficiently and safely.
- Monitor machine placement and ensure components are correctly positioned.
- Operate X-ray and MP3 machines as required for component inspection.
- Perform offline setup and manage the solder paste printing process.
- Read and interpret process sheets, work instructions, and documentation accurately.
- Work with engineers to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Complete required documentation for each production run.
- Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to support production goals.

Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as an SMT Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience operating Fuji NXT, CP, and IP SMT machines.
- Working knowledge of production procedures and documentation practices.
- Ability to read and understand assembly instructions and technical documentation.
- Availability to work overtime and weekends as needed, in addition to a minimum 40-hour workweek.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
