Six Sigma Black Belt Consultant (SSBB) - Summary- Serve as a key resource in documenting and standardizing workflows for finance, procurement, and supply chain functions.
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies to drive organizational change and process improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders and vendors to analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Support change management initiatives by providing clear, actionable documentation of business workflows.
- Facilitate workflow discovery sessions with finance and procurement stakeholders to understand and map existing processes.
- Document end-to-end workflows using standardized templates, capturing critical steps, handoffs, and dependencies.
- Identify process gaps, handoff points, and inefficiencies across finance, procurement, supply chain, and vendor interactions.
- Collaborate with both internal teams and external vendors during key workflow phases to ensure comprehensive documentation.
- Align closely with the lead Black Belt to maintain consistency in documentation and reporting standards.
- Support ongoing and future improvement initiatives by providing accurate and detailed workflow documentation.
