- Associate degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data center operations and DCIM support
- Hands-on experience with system monitoring tools such as Dynatrace or Datadog
- Strong understanding of Windows infrastructure, including Active Directory
- Familiarity with APIs and system integrations is highly preferred
