- Diagnose incidents, implement resolutions, and conduct post-mortem analyses to prevent future occurrences and ensure continuous improvement.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to reduce manual intervention and improve system stability.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a related field, such as software engineering, infrastructure management, or IT operations.
- Strong proficiency with cloud platforms, such as Azure, and familiarity with operating systems including Linux (RHEL7+) and Windows Server (2019+).
- Solid understanding of networking and storage technologies, including NFS, SAN, and NAS solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in authentication and naming services like DNS, LDAP, Kerberos, and Centrify.
- Advanced skills in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Go, and Bash.
