Duties & Responsibilities
- Shipping & Order Fulfillment:
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders with accuracy and speed in a high-volume environment
- Verify product items, quantities, and shipping details before packaging and dispatch
- Label, stage, and process shipments in compliance with company and carrier requirements
- Ensure secure packaging to prevent damage during transit
- Meet daily shipping deadlines and production goals while upholding quality standards
- Receiving & Inventory Support:
- Assist with receiving incoming materials, products, and supplies as assigned
- Verify shipments against packing slips or purchase orders for accuracy
- Organize inventory and maintain precise stock movement records within the shipping area
- Support material transfers between work areas or departments as needed
- Warehouse & Operational Support:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in the shipping and warehouse areas
- Assist with restocking shipping supplies and ensuring packing stations are operational
- Report shortages, errors, damaged goods, or inventory discrepancies to management promptly
- Follow all established company procedures related to shipping, handling, and safety
- Support additional warehouse or operational tasks as required by workflow demands

Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience in shipping, warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, or order processing roles is required
- Demonstrated ability in high-volume picking, packing, and shipping processes
