Duties & Responsibilities
- Process mail orders accurately from order receipt through shipment.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing customer orders according to shipping requirements.
- Verify order details, quantities, and shipping information before packaging.
- Ensure all orders are packaged securely and labeled correctly for shipment.
- Meet daily shipping and fulfillment deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
- Prepare packages for shipment using appropriate packing materials and techniques.
- Generate or apply shipping labels, packing slips, and required documentation.
- Coordinate outgoing shipments with approved carriers and internal processes.
- Track and organize completed orders for pickup or dispatch.
- Assist with resolving shipping errors or discrepancies as needed.
