As a SharePoint Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Working closely with business owners, the successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, designing, developing, testing, and maintaining workflow forms and applications within SharePoint Online and related collaborative products. The SharePoint Analyst will also serve as a primary point of contact for logging, tracking, and resolving application issues, ensuring seamless end-user experiences across multiple devices, including browsers and mobile platforms.
In this role, proficiency in the Office 365 suite, including SharePoint Online, Groups, and Teams, is essential. Strong data analysis skills using Power BI, Excel Pivot Tables, HTML, and CSS are highly valued. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, coupled with a minimum of four years of relevant experience in SharePoint and related technologies. Excellent problem-solving abilities, a proactive attitude, and the capability to effectively communicate and document technical requirements with non-technical business users are key to success in this role.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience working with SharePoint Online and Office 365 tools.
- Expertise in Office 365 suite, including SharePoint Online, Groups, and Teams.
