ServiceNow Developer positions offer a dynamic opportunity to play a crucial role in the ongoing development, configuration, and optimization of ServiceNow platforms for leading organizations. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be instrumental in driving innovative solutions that enhance both user experience and business processes by leveraging your deep technical expertise and commitment to best practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem. This full-time, remote role is ideal for professionals seeking to maximize their impact within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

The ServiceNow Developer will support and expand existing ServiceNow implementations, guiding reimplementation efforts while ensuring seamless integration with business needs. Your primary objective is to execute a development backlog by rapidly assimilating current requirements, building, testing, and deploying effective solutions. Additionally, you will focus on improving self-service capabilities for end users, particularly by enhancing Service Portal and Employee Center experiences as well as the Service Catalog offerings.

Key responsibilities for the ServiceNow Developer role include maintaining and governing Knowledge Base structures, ensuring all information is accurate, accessible, and well-categorized. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing robust integrations and reporting functionalities, facilitating the alignment of the platform with ongoing business requirements. By adhering to ServiceNow best practices, including workflow customization, client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and integration protocols like REST and SOAP, you will contribute to the integrity and scalability of the organization’s ServiceNow environment.

This opportunity is particularly suited for individuals with direct experience in ServiceNow platform implementations, including full platform rollouts, major module deployments, or system migrations. Candidates should have a minimum of five years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Administrator, demonstrating a proven track record in both IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules. Familiarity with Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) is also highly desirable.

Joining this team provides access to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as participation in an Employee Stock Ownership Program. You will be part of an organization with over 25 years of industry experience, recognized for its commitment to both clients and talent through multiple awards. Dedicated engagement managers are available to support your success and professional growth throughout your tenure.

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will thrive within a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This remote position offers flexibility and the chance to work alongside industry leaders, making it an exceptional opportunity for professionals eager to advance their careers in ServiceNow development while contributing to transformative technology solutions.
