- 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience required.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow Flow Designer, and integration via REST/SOAP.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required or strongly preferred.
