ServiceNow ATF Developer - Summary
- Role focuses on configuring, enhancing, and optimizing the ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework (ATF)
- Responsible for building and maintaining a comprehensive suite of automated test cases for critical business processes

Duties & Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize the ServiceNow Automated Testing Framework (ATF) to support robust regression testing
- Develop and maintain scalable automated test suites that align with business requirements and system functionality
- Establish and document a sustainable regression testing framework to support ongoing ServiceNow upgrades and releases
- Execute, troubleshoot, and refine automated tests to ensure consistent and reliable testing outcomes
- Collaborate with other ServiceNow administrators, developers, and platform owners to ensure comprehensive test coverage and address testing gaps
- Translate business requirements into effective, automated test cases that support core business processes
- Maintain detailed documentation of testing processes, outcomes, and system changes to support knowledge sharing and compliance

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform administration, development, and upgrade processes
