ServiceNow Analyst - Summary
- Serve as a primary point of contact for ServiceNow ticket triage and resolution.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address and resolve issues related to Image Management Systems applications.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and uphold organizational standards.
- Operate efficiently and independently to meet or exceed performance expectations.
- Participate in a contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance and organizational needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve incoming ServiceNow tickets, ensuring timely and effective solutions for end users.
- Work in partnership with unit technical staff to facilitate training and collaborative problem-solving.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers to address technical inquiries and support requests.
- Represent the interests and standards of the IT unit in all customer and team interactions.
- Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge base articles to foster continuous improvement.
- Independently manage workload and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity and service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least three (3) years of experience, with at least one (1) year of technical experience, or significant experience in systems analysis.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a track record of delivering solutions in IT environments.
- Strong communication skills and experience working directly with customers or end users.
- Experience in healthcare IT is highly desirable, though not required.
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus on resolving issues efficiently.
