The Service Dispatcher will be responsible for managing technician schedules, optimizing service routes, and ensuring each customer receives prompt, professional attention. You will monitor real-time schedule progress, coordinate with the customer service team to maximize bookings, and help manage unforeseen changes such as emergency calls or schedule delays. Additionally, you will contribute to reinforcing company processes and creating a motivating, team-focused workplace atmosphere.
As a Service Dispatcher at Joe Cool Home Services, you will:

- Help improve same-day service completion rates, dispatch efficiency, and technician utilization.
- Partner with managers, technicians, and office staff to maintain smooth daily operations.
- Encourage adherence to company processes and foster a positive, energetic team culture.
- Remain calm and solutions-focused when faced with schedule changes, emergency requests, or shifting priorities.

- At least two years of dispatching, scheduling, logistics, or customer service experience preferred.
- Prior experience in plumbing, HVAC, or home services industry is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Nexstar systems and ServiceTitan software is a plus.
