Service Desk Technician Position Overview
IDR is seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy Service Desk Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver timely and effective technical support for technology issues encountered by users in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Monitor electrical and network systems to ensure continuous service and operational stability.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents by following documented procedures and established best practices.
- Perform and monitor system health checks and maintenance tasks as assigned, adhering to standard protocols.
- Provide training and orientation to customers on the use of hardware and software as needed to maximize user efficiency and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve service issues, striving for continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with users to respond to requests or inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
