The Service Delivery Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of IT and cybersecurity services to clients and internal business units. This position requires an experienced leader who can manage a dynamic team that includes analysts and engineers, with a focus on maintaining robust cyber infrastructure and tools. The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for providing proactive, around-the-clock monitoring and incident response, and acts as a key point of escalation for service-related issues and client inquiries. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of managed services, ensuring that all aspects of service provision meet established standards, including service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). A strong understanding of security technologies such as SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), IDS/IPS (Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems), and EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) is essential. The Service Delivery Manager will also be responsible for guiding and mentoring their teams, fostering a culture of operational excellence, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to address challenges and continuously improve the quality of service delivery.

The position calls for a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, with a preference for those holding a master’s degree. A minimum of five years’ experience in service delivery, operations management, or a related area is required, as is a proven track record of effective team management and client relationship building. As the primary contact for escalations, the Service Delivery Manager must be able to resolve issues promptly while maintaining strong partnerships with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
