In addition to hands-on technical tasks, this position offers the chance to mentor junior engineers, participate in silicon debugging and bring-up activities, and contribute to the ongoing advancement of verification best practices.
Senior Verification Engineer - Summary
- Lead the development and execution of system-level and IP verification for advanced semiconductor products.
- Utilize UVM/SystemVerilog to create robust testbenches and verification environments.
- Support global engineering initiatives and cross-functional projects focused on next-generation memory and interconnect solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement in verification methodologies and processes.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement UVM/SystemVerilog testbenches for memory and interconnect product verification.
- Build verification infrastructure, including stimulus generators, coverage models, assertion-based checkers, and automation scripts.
- Conduct functional verification for memory subsystems and mixed-signal components, ensuring compliance with specifications and performance targets.
- Collaborate with design, product, and specification engineering teams to define verification strategies and resolve technical issues.
- Work with global verification teams, facilitating knowledge sharing and alignment of methodologies across multiple sites.
- Debug failing simulations and regression issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in silicon debug and bring-up activities to validate product functionality post-fabrication.
- Mentor and support the development of junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of verification experience within semiconductor environments.
- Proven hands-on expertise in building UVM testbenches from the ground up.
- Proficiency with industry-standard verification tools such as VCS, Xcelium, Verdi, or similar platforms.
- Experience with mixed-signal or digital verification methodologies.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: Familiarity with DDR5 protocol, CXL 2.0 specification, PMIC verification, and CMOS circuit design fundamentals.
