Senior Project Manager, Commercial Construction (PM, CCM) - Summary
- Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage client expectations and communications throughout all project stages.
- Provide strong project leadership and supervisory oversight to ensure team alignment.
- Maintain complete, current, and organized project documentation.
- Prepare and manage cost proposals and change orders, ensuring financial accuracy.
- Develop project budgets and oversee the buy-out and contracting processes.
- Perform project accounting, including owner billings and subcontractor payment approvals.
- Control project costs and maintain budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee submittals, RFIs, and compliance with all documentation requirements.
- Develop, update, and manage CPM project schedules.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment, and manage subcontractor performance and billing.
- Collaborate closely with architects, designers, owners, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial and/or public works construction, with a track record of managing multiple projects or large, complex assignments.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction science, or a related field preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of current construction methods, materials, and regulatory standards.
- Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and manage several activities and teams simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling software such as MS Project.
- Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
- Experience with projects within large school bond programs is a plus (e.g., SDUSD, LAUSD).
- Hands-on experience with Procore project management software.
- Experience in Higher Education and Healthcare sectors is preferred but not required.
