In this full-time Senior Network Engineer opportunity, you will play a pivotal role in supporting enterprise-level networking solutions. This includes overseeing the performance of voice-over-WiFi systems, ensuring optimal Quality of Service (QoS) for voice traffic, and analyzing end-to-end traffic flows from critical devices such as mobile point-of-sale (MPOS) units through in-store LAN and WAN infrastructure. Your responsibilities also encompass advanced troubleshooting of wireless, switching, and SD-WAN layers, collaborating with both internal teams and external deployment partners to drive continuous improvements in network performance.
The position calls for a high degree of technical acumen, particularly in Aruba wireless environments and with key enterprise networking protocols such as TCP/IP, OSI model, BGP, and OSPF. Experience with wireless survey tools, like Ekahau, is highly valued, as is the ability to lead root-cause analysis for complex networking incidents.
