Senior .NET Developer - Summary- Lead and mentor a software development team, promoting engineering best practices and code quality
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies as Scrum Master, driving team productivity and removing obstacles
- Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and Operations to deliver scalable solutions
- Design, develop, and validate Proofs of Concept (POCs) to inform technical direction
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Agile, DevOps, and engineering standards
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Act as Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Identify and remove project roadblocks to ensure consistent delivery velocity
- Provide architectural guidance and ensure solutions meet established standards
- Design and develop enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework/Core)
- Create and validate Proofs of Concept (POCs) to evaluate technical approaches
- Present technical solution options and recommendations to Technical Review Boards and governance committees
- Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews to ensure software quality
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, end-to-end solutions
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, focusing on performance optimization and system reliability
- Drive continuous improvement in Agile, DevOps, and engineering processes

- Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience using Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework/Core)
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead, guiding development teams and driving technical direction
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including serving as Scrum Master or Agile team lead
- Hands-on experience with enterprise application development, including IBM FileNet integration
- Strong proficiency with Oracle Database, SQL development, and database integration
- Experience developing, deploying, and supporting applications within Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills within software development teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex technical challenges
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
