Senior Construction Project Manager (CSA/MEP) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end management of ground-up, core & shell, sitework, and fit-out construction projects.
- Direct management of CSA or MEP project scopes, depending on area of expertise.
- Administer contracts, budgets, schedules, and project reporting for efficient project execution.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
- Track project costs, manage risks, and monitor performance metrics to ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale, fast-track projects with budgets of $100M or more.
- In-depth expertise in either CSA (Civil/Structural/Architectural) or MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing) project management.
- Proven track record of successful delivery of ground-up, core & shell, sitework, and fit-out construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project scheduling, budgeting, and reporting processes.
