Senior Construction Project Manager (CSA/MEP) - Summary- Lead large-scale construction projects with a focus on CSA and MEP scopes.
- Ensure project delivery meets quality, schedule, and budgetary expectations.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams throughout all project phases.

- 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale, fast-track projects with budgets of $100M or more.
- In-depth expertise in either CSA (Civil/Structural/Architectural) or MEP (Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing) project management.
- Proven track record of successful delivery of ground-up, core & shell, sitework, and fit-out construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project scheduling, budgeting, and reporting processes.
- Demonstrates leadership in driving complex construction projects to successful completion.
- Excels in high-stakes environments requiring attention to detail and proactive risk management.
- Adept at coordinating multidisciplinary teams and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
