IDR is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (M&A) to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Brentwood, TN.
This role involves supporting high-profile merger and acquisition initiatives, focusing on technical documentation, system integration, and operational process mapping within a complex enterprise environment. The position is ideal for candidates who excel in detailed analysis, documentation organization, and cross-functional collaboration during critical phases of corporate integration.
Position Overview for the Senior Business Analyst (M&A):
- Review and synthesize historical project documentation, meeting notes, and discovery artifacts related to enterprise mergers and acquisitions.
- Identify technical gaps, business requirements, and create comprehensive documentation to support system integrations.
- Build and maintain a master source of truth by organizing technical specifications, process maps, and API data flows.
- Collaborate closely with project leadership in PMO, product, engineering, and business teams to ensure clarity and alignment of technical documentation.
- Act as the "documentation architect," establishing organization standards and overseeing the creation of operational playbooks for large-scale integrations.
Requirements for the Senior Business Analyst (M&A):
- 6 to 8+ years of business analysis experience, with significant focus on technical documentation and enterprise system integrations.
- Prior experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or large system integrations in healthcare, veterinary, or pharmacy IT environments.
- Strong expertise in creating BRDs, FRDs, technical specifications, and process documentation.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Visio or Lucidchart, and API documentation tools.
- Proven ability to map complex workflows and data flows in highly technical environments.
