Senior Business Analyst - Summary- Lead and support digital transformation initiatives and business process reengineering (BPR) projects.
- Analyze, redesign, and optimize complex business processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Align business strategy with operational execution through strategic analysis and process design.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and product teams to facilitate the adoption of new workflows.
- Utilize extensive experience in MITA and public sector environments to guide project success.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and document new workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Lead change management efforts to support successful implementation of updated business processes.

- 12+ years of experience in a Business Architect, Senior Business Analyst, or similar strategic capacity.
- Proven track record with enterprise-level initiatives in public sector or related industries.
- Extensive experience with MITA (Medicaid Information Technology Architecture), including practical application in complex systems.
- Experience with MITA State Self-Assessments (SS-A) is highly desirable.
- 10+ years supporting State agencies, with a focus on public sector operations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and change management skills.
- Demonstrates expertise in business process reengineering, digital transformation, and strategic analysis.
- Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Excels in fast-paced environments and adapts readily to evolving project requirements.
