Accounting Analyst
IDR is seeking an experienced Accounting Analyst to join an industry-leading organization in Memphis, Tennessee. As an Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for the company’s day-to-day accounting operations, especially during the ERP go-live and stabilization phases. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that accounting processes run smoothly and that all data is reconciled accurately between legacy and current systems. This position requires excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, as you will be involved in identifying and resolving potential issues and collaborating on process improvements. Accounting Analyst - Summary
- Support ongoing accounting operations during ERP implementation and stabilization.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Support daily accounting operations, especially during ERP system go-live and stabilization phases.
- Assist with parallel processing and reconciliation of financial data between legacy platforms and Oracle Fusion.
- Participate in month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data, system, and process issues affecting accounting operations.
- Work collaboratively with accounting, finance, and system implementation teams to drive process improvements.
- Ensure operational continuity by verifying the integrity of financial transactions and reconciliations.
- Provide input on internal process enhancements and support change management efforts.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of accounting procedures and system changes.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of general ledger, reconciliations, and financial close processes.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations or post-go-live stabilization preferred.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion is a plus, though not required.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
