- Leads financial master data cleansing, validation, and mapping activities for seamless Oracle ERP implementation.
- Ensures compliance with IFRS and U.S. GAAP, applying accounting guidance to complex transactions.
- Collaborates with business analysts and IT teams to gather and implement business requirements.
- Supports ongoing financial reporting and analysis to maintain accuracy and operational continuity.
- Lead and execute financial master data cleansing, validation, and mapping projects, ensuring high data integrity during ERP transitions.
- Support the integration of new business units into the Oracle ERP environment, focusing on uninterrupted business operations.
- Develop and maintain accurate financial reports, leveraging advanced Excel skills and ERP knowledge.
- Research and interpret IFRS and U.S. GAAP standards to apply appropriate accounting guidance.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather and implement business requirements, acting as a subject matter expert for accounting processes.
- Provide support in audit processes and ensure internal controls are maintained throughout transitions.
- Participate in ongoing process improvements and best practice implementations within the finance department.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting roles within pharmaceutical, consumer goods, or public multinational environments.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and U.S. GAAP, with experience applying accounting principles to moderately complex financial transactions.
- 3+ years of experience gathering data and implementing/leading business requirements (business analyst background beneficial).
- Proficiency with ERP systems, especially Oracle and NetSuite.
- Advanced Excel skills required for data analysis and reporting.
- Detail-oriented and analytical with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Experienced in ERP system transitions and financial data management.
